Job Title: HVAC Service TechnicianPay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pmPosition Overview: Service, repair and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment Annual maintenance / clean and checks

Service and repairs on residential systems

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Consult with homeowner about repair and replacement options

Excellent customer service

Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing

Qualifications: 2 + years of HVAC experience or combination of education and experience

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving recordEPA certification

Able to perform annual maintenance / clean and checks

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Familiar with a wide range of residential equipment and troubleshooting techniques

Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices

Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

High school diploma or GEDHVAC Technical School certificate of completion
