- Diagnose and resolve HVAC system malfunctions and breakdowns, ensuring maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong system life and prevent unplanned downtime.
- Innovate customer interactions by not just fixing but enhancing their system through upselling appropriate energy solutions and service agreements.
- Maintain meticulous records of maintenance, repairs, and customer interactions to ensure seamless service and accountability.
- Collaborate with a team of passionate technicians, sharing knowledge and strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- EPA certification is required
- NATE certification preferred
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- Ability to work on-call schedule
- Knowledge of Service Titan software is beneficial
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to lift 50-75 pounds, work on ladders, and in tight spaces
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
