About the RoleChampion & Nash HVAC is looking for a Licensed HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems for homeowners across the Spring/Pasadena, TX area. If you want steady, year-round work and a company that invests in its techs, this is a great next step.What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about findings and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Texas HVAC license/certification as required for the role
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and customer service skills
- This position requires regular operation of a company vehicle. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and meet all company motor vehicle insurance requirements to be authorized to operate a company vehicle.
