Control Point Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electrical is growing and we are looking for residential service technicians to join our team.

We have been providing the Central Massachusetts and the MetroWest area with top-notch service, quality products, and fair pricing for over 18 years. Pay: $25.00 to $35.00/hr for Junior Technician (under 5 years relevant experience) or $35.00 to $45.00/hr for Senior Technician (5+ years relevant experience) plus performance based pay depending on experience

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of residential HVAC experience
EPA certification
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
NATE certified preferred

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
