Responsibilities:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
Proficiency in selling entire HVAC systems and ancillary products, providing comprehensive solutions to meet customer needs.
Troubleshoot and solve complex problems related to HVAC systems.
Effective communication and top-tier customer service aptitude.

Requirements:

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in HVAC service, sales, and repair.
Demonstrate expertise in selling ancillary products such as indoor air quality solutions.
EPA certification for refrigerant handling, is preferred.
Willingness to continue education in the HVAC field.
Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
