We are hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team! As a part of our family-owned company, you'll work on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, performing maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to keep our customers comfortable year-round. We're looking for technicians who take pride in their work, value customer service, and are eager to advance their skills and grow with us.

Position: HVAC Service Technician
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30-3:30pm, with limited on-call responsibility
Pay: $28.00 - 33.00 per hour, depending on experience + spiffs
Duties:
- Perform troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Provide top-notch customer service and educate clients on HVAC options.
- Make product and repair recommendations based on customer needs.
- Ensure quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards.
- Work efficiently during standard hours with occasional overtime based on seasonal demand.
What We're Looking For:
- 3 or more years of residential or commercial HVAC service experience.
- EPA Certification, NATE certification or other industry-related training
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
