Pay Rate: Up to $34.00/hr depending on experience plus spiffs. Our service technicians can make up to $40.00/hr with spiffs.

Position Summary: To provide the highest quality heating and cooling solutions to residential and commercial customers according to Danco company standards.

Work hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, overtime, and evenings on occasion)

Required Qualifications:

• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical school
• 2 + years of HVAC residential service experience
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• NATE Certified or obtained within 1 year of employment
• Universal EPA Certification
• Willingness to invest in basic tools
