Join a tight-knit, fast-growing home service team as an HVAC Service Technician in North Webster, Indiana, where you will enjoy a local service area, steady full-time hours, and the chance to make a real impact in customers’ homes every day. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician who wants to work for a smaller company with a supportive team, a company vehicle, and a strong focus on residential service with some light commercial work.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:

3+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA certification required
Installation experience is a plus
Service and repair residential HVAC systems, with some light commercial work
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration system issues
Perform routine maintenance and replace faulty components as needed
Read and interpret schematics and use diagnostic tools for electrical testing
Travel to job sites within a 20-mile radius and participate in an on-call rotation every 2 weeks

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
