Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include: Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience required Valid driver’s license and insurability required EPA Certification (Type I, II, III or Universal) preferred or must be obtained within 30 days of hire Strong diagnostic and repair skills for both residential and commercial HVAC systems Perform maintenance, service, and limited installations as needed Comfortable working independently and handling 4–5 jobs per day within a 35-mile radius Willing to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM with optional on-call/overtime opportunities Ability to work under mentorship of senior technicians and contribute to a positive, team-first culture Salary: $24.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
