Step into an exciting opportunity as an HVAC Service Technician in Green Bay, Wisconsin with a growing mechanical services company that is expanding rapidly and investing in its team with a brand-new fleet of service vans and a strong pipeline of upcoming work. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence in the field, variety in day-to-day service calls, and the chance to support mostly residential customers while gaining exposure to light commercial projects across the region.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:• Minimum of 1+ year of HVAC service experience• Perform service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems• Complete annual maintenance checks during peak spring and summer demand• Service primarily single-family homes, with occasional multifamily properties• Support a mix of residential service work (80%) and light commercial service work (20%)• Travel to job sites within 2-3 hours of the Green Bay area throughout Wisconsin• Work independently in the field with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills• Handle occasional overnight travel as needed, with hotel expenses covered and mileage reimbursement provided

Salary: $25-$40/hour, commensurate with experience.
