Step into a growing HVAC team serving Charlotte and surrounding areas with a strong focus on honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and dependable service. This HVAC Service Technician opportunity in Charlotte, NC 28273 pairs hands-on troubleshooting and repair work with a supportive culture and room to advance.

Qualifications and responsibilities for thisHVAC Service Technician position include:

3+ years of HVAC service experience in residential, commercial, or both
Perform service, repair, and troubleshooting across a variety of systems
Support occasional commercial installation work as needed
Diagnose HVAC issues and recommend effective solutions based on findings
Use Housecall Pro for job details and dispatch
Travel within a typically 50-mile radius of Charlotte (occasional day trips within NC or SC)
Maintain a clean driving record and pass background check and drug screening
Communicate professionally with customers while working independently

Salary: $26-$34/hour, based on experience.

Benefits: Company van, gas card, tools/equipment provided, health benefits, paid holidays, PTO.
