Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an HVAC Service Technician in Rumford, RI with a family-owned heating and air conditioning company that is actively growing its residential service department. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HVAC professional who wants room to grow, the ability to make an impact, and the chance to work with a close-knit team serving Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technicianposition include:

A few years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience in residential heating and cooling
EPA certification required; oil, gas, pipefitter, or refrigeration licenses are a strong plus
Experience servicing and installing boilers, furnaces, air conditioning systems, water heaters, and related equipment
Ability to work across all seasons and support residential customers throughout Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts
Familiarity with Williamson, Weil-McLain, and Navien equipment is a plus
Lead or support service and installation work while helping grow a developing HVAC service department
Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, with frequency varying by season
Use Jobber for service operations, with training provided as needed

Salary: $30 - $40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
