As our company continues to grow, we're seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our team!

Pay Rate: $22.00 - $28.00/hour + commission and bonus

Position Summary: The HVAC Service Technician will diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience aligned with company standards.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record • EPA Certified • 2+ years of HVAC service experience strongly preferred • Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques for residential system • Understanding of refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps • Ability to read and interpret residential wiring diagrams and blueprints • Strong mechanical aptitude • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to assess customer concerns and provide effective, value-drive solutions • Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the service of HVAC equipment • Knowledge of safety practices related to tools, testing devices, and work environments
