HVAC Service TechnicianNow Hiring in:Fairbury, ILChampaign, ILRockford, ILFreeport, ILElkhorn, WIBase Pay: $20.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Entry-Level Technicians: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Experienced Technicians: $26.00-$45.00 per hour

What You'll DoDiagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
Complete quality service work while minimizing callbacks
Clearly explain findings and available options to customers
Maintain accurate service documentation and company standards
Participate in ongoing technical training
What We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of HVAC experience with a strong willingness and ability to learn for entry-level consideration
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for experienced-level placement
Professional, customer-focused communication skills
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving historyEPA Type II certification or ability to obtain it within 30 days of starting
