Job Description

HVAC Residential Service Technician.  Elmar Services is now hiring an HVAC Service Technician who is looking for growth and development. Elmar is a residential HVAC service provider that focuses on servicing various types of heat pumps, gas furnaces, and the occasional boiler. We also specialize in servicing and installing ductless and tankless products. We are conveniently located in Lutherville-Timonium near the intersection of I-695 and I-83. Our employees live in Baltimore, White Marsh, Towson, and Pikesville and they say their commute is simple.What Can You Expect From This Role?:
  • You’ll troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems and provide valuable solutions.
  • You’ll interact with customers, our dispatch team, and the operations team to come up with solutions.
  • You'll interact with our maintenance plan customers and offer solutions that make sense. 
  • You’ll tackle challenges that will push you to improve your skillsets & logical reasoning.

What to Expect from our Hiring Process?:
  • You’ll apply and we’ll reach out to you to schedule the first interview over Zoom if you’re a good cultural fit.
  • If the first Zoom interview goes well, we’ll invite you back for a second in-person interview. You’ll get a chance to meet your manager and share your abilities and knowledge with him. 
  • If the second interview goes well, we’ll extend an offer within 1-3 days. Your first few days at Elmar will comprise training to ensure you will succeed with us. 
  • If we decide to move in another direction at any point, we will communicate that to you properly.
Simple Requirements:
  • Trade School Educational Level.
  • Universal CFC Certificate.
  • Valid Driver License / Clean Record.
  • Min. 2 years of HVAC service experience.
  • Journeyman license is always a plus.
Jaw-DroppingBenefits:
  • $29-$32 hourly.
