Pay Range: Up to $45.00 an hour, depending on experience and credentials, PLUS incentives based on performance
Your Role: As an HVACService Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems for residential and commercial properties. Your work will help ensure our customers' homes and businesses remain comfortable year-round.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Install and replace heating and cooling systems as needed.
- Educate customers on HVAC system maintenance and operation.
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and parts used.
- Stay up to date on industry advancements and new HVAC technologies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hvac experience is required.
- Must have EPA Type 2 minimum, and RMGA
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills..
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record.
