Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems in residential and some commercial properties. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.

HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot breakdowns on HVAC equipment
- Make repairs for customers efficiently and without compromising quality
- Diagnoses and repairs appliances and equipment in the customer's home and gives the customer an accurate estimate of the cost of repair if applicable
- Uses basic tools or instruments to assemble, adjust, calibrate, repair or test various products
- Works as a dedicated team member to ensure fast, flexible and expert service to every customer
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning principles, property maintenance practices, and relevant building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience and Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- EPA Certification, preferred.
- Journeyman license.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable MVR.
