We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.What You'll Do

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.
Clearly explain repair recommendations and system conditions to homeowners.
Educate customers on maintenance options, system improvements, and available solutions.
Accurately document work performed using company software.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
Follow all safety standards and company procedures.
Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, and fellow technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry standards and technology.What We're Looking For
HVAC service experience required.
Certification preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
