Job Description

Holtzople Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical Services is a family-owned company with over 20 years of outstanding service. We're expanding and looking for HVAC Service Technicians with a minimum of one year of experience who are eager to learnand grow with us. We will provide training to teach you all of our best practices so you can have a bright career and future ahead of you. Pay Range: $30.00 to $45.00 an hour, based on experience, plus incentives based on performance

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements
Educate customers on system operations and maintenance
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Adhere to all safety standards and company procedures

Requirements:

1+ years of HVAC experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and diagnostics
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication, soft skills, and customer service abilities
Licenses and certifications are preferred, but not required
