What You’ll Do

Service, maintain, and repair residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems
Diagnose issues accurately and present solutions professionally
Deliver a high-quality customer experience every visit
Work according to company standards and safety practices
Assist with mentoring and training junior technicians

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license with insurable record
4+ years of HVAC service experience
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
HVAC Technical School certificate (preferred)
NATE Certification (preferred but not required)
Service Titan (preferred but willing to train)
Strong diagnostic skills and customer communication
