What You’ll Be Doing

🛠 Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)📋 Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups💬 Communicate clearly with customers and explain technical information in a friendly way📦 Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle📅 Coordinate with dispatch and customer service for efficient scheduling👨‍🏫 Train and mentor apprentices or junior techs📝 Complete accurate work orders, invoices, and service documentation

What We’re Looking For

✔ 1+ year of residential HVAC service experience✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics✔ EPA Certification (required) – NATE Certification a plus✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills✔ Professionalism – neat appearance, punctual, and respectful✔ Self-motivated, team-oriented, and dependable✔ Positive, can-do attitude
