What HVAC Technicians Do at Infinity
Our HVAC Service Technicians are trusted professionals who deliver solutions - not just repairs.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform system maintenance and safety inspections
- Clearly explain findings and present repair or replacement options to homeowners
- Educate customers so they can make confident decisions
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
- Uphold our standards of professionalism, safety, and customer care
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry advancements
What Our HVAC Technicians Bring to Infinity
We're looking for professionals who take ownership of their work and pride in their results.
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- EPA Certification (required)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Clear communication and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Sales or solution-based presentation experience is a plus
