Key Responsibilities – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems.
Execute preventive maintenance and start-ups.
Calibrate controls; verify system performance and documentation.
Safely use ladders; work at heights and in mechanical spaces.
Maintain vehicle condition; complete monthly inspection forms.
Manage truck stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment.
Communicate clearly with customers; uphold professional standards.
Participate in on-call rotation; complete after-hours service tickets.

Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Active EPA Universal certification.
Valid driver’s license; clean driving record.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Self-starter with mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Able to climb/balance on ladders; work in elevated locations.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Preferred Qualifications – Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Commercial refrigeration service experience.
BAS/DDC exposure; light controls troubleshooting.
OEM/start-up certifications; brazing and recovery proficiency.
Tablet/CMMS work order experience.
