• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair light commercial HVAC systems
• Service equipment including package units, split systems, heat pumps, and rooftop units
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Identify mechanical or electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and recommended repairs
• Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with industry standards

Qualifications

• Experience servicing light commercial HVAC systems (5–25 ton range)
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical components
• Familiarity with RTUs, split systems, controls, and refrigerant systems
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
