John Cipollone Inc., a family-owned heating, AC, and fuel oil business, is seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as an HVAC Service Technician. Pay Range: $25.00/hr to $37.97/hr depending on experience

Hours: Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, plus Overtime and rotational on-call

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and emergency service calls to diagnose and repair HVAC systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure long-term operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service during each interaction
  • Complete necessary paperwork and logs for each service call
  • Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Keep up to date with industry standards and advancements

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in HVAC service and repair
  • EPA Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NATE CORE Certification highly desired
