HVAC Service TechnicianKayl Heating & Air$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician who is passionate about doing quality work and providing outstanding customer care.

Pay Up to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience (Top technicians regularly earn well into six figures with spiffs and bonuses)

Position Summary Provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, while delivering a high-quality customer experience on every call.

Work Schedule 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (Evenings and weekends as needed; on-call rotation required)

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Strong troubleshooting skills across a wide range of HVAC equipment
EPA Universal Certification
Willingness to invest in personal tools and ongoing training
Ability to safely work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Demonstrated willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
