Job Description

HVAC Service Technician

Kuhn’s Heating & AirSt. George, UT

Kuhn’s Heating & Air is hiring HVAC Service Technicians to join our growing team. We are looking for dependable, motivated technicians who take pride in their work, serve customers well, and want to continue growing in the HVAC trade.

This position is ideal for someone with solid service experience who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service. We want technicians who are team players, willing to keep learning, and committed to doing the job right.

Pay:$60,000–$110,000 per yearHourly pay plus SPIFs/incentives

Responsibilities:

Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot equipment and provide effective solutions for customers
Communicate clearly with customers about system issues and repair options
Complete service calls efficiently, professionally, and safely
Maintain accurate job notes, paperwork, and service records
Work closely with office staff and team members to keep jobs running smoothly
Uphold company standards for workmanship, professionalism, and customer care
Assist with training or supporting less experienced team members when needed

Qualifications:

HVAC service experience required
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in the field
Good communication and customer service skills
EPA certification preferred
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
