Job Description

HVAC Service Technician - Experienced | $35.00 to $45.00 per hour Pay is based on experience + Spiffs / bonuses Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 7:30am to 4:30pmJob Duties: Diagnostics, service, and repair on residential and some light commercial heating and air conditioning systems

Providing annual routine maintenance Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints

Consulting with customers regarding repair, upgrades, and replacement options

Communication with clients on annual maintenance program and indoor air quality products that fit customers' needs

Qualifications:2+ years of HVAC service experience

Residential service experience required

Experience with RTU (rooftop unit) service and routine maintenance preferredEPA Universal Certification required

Proven ability to diagnose issues and make repair or replacement recommendations

Low voltage license, or willingness to obtain within 2 years of employment

High school diploma or equivalent required

Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record

Completion of an HVAC technical school program preferred

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
