Job Summary: To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality experience. Assist with training other service technicians.

Work Hours: 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, overtime as required. On-call rotational schedule every other week without any late-night calls.

Pay Scale: Up to $40 per hour, depending on experience + bonus opportunities and employee advancement program

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Minimum 2 years of HVAC hands-on experience
Supervisory experience is preferred
Certificate of completion from HVAC Technical School preferred
EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License
NATE Certified is preferred
