JOB SUMMARY

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting. Position also requires install experience and ability to properly install split and packaged units. Install duties will only be temporary.

JOB DUTIES

Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
Be a clear communicator and best liaison to the customer
Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
Learn and utilize technology as directed by management
Must be able to work Monday-Friday, with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays if required
Put the customer's needs first!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry (Min 3 years preferred)
N.A.T.E. certification (preferred)
EPA certification
Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
Must be willing to learn new processes and procedures as new technology is introduced
High level of motivation and great work ethic
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
Installation experience a plus

Compensation: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
