HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for the next MVP- HVAC Service Technicianto join our team!
Job Summary: To utilize your outstanding troubleshooting skills to provide service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Work Hours: 8-5 PM with some overtime required. We try and have you done close to 4 PM when possible.
Pay Range: $30- $40/hour, depending on experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience as a residential or commercial service technician with troubleshooting expertise to match years in the field.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Familiar with a wide range of equipment and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience in making repair and replacement decisions.
- Must be professional, possess punctuality, and work well with others.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
Qualifications desired:
- Universal EPA Certification
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
- Possess the tools needed
