Job Description

HVAC Service Technician

Sign-on Bonus up to $5k to qualified candidates.

We are looking for the next MVP- HVAC Service Technicianto join our team!

Job Summary: To utilize your outstanding troubleshooting skills to provide service repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Assist with training Service Technicians. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.

Professional Development

Work Hours: 8-5 PM with some overtime required. We try and have you done close to 4 PM when possible.

Pay Range: $30- $40/hour, depending on experience.

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience as a residential or commercial service technician with troubleshooting expertise to match years in the field.
Advanced customer service skills.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
Familiar with a wide range of equipment and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
Experience in making repair and replacement decisions.
Must be professional, possess punctuality, and work well with others.
Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.

Qualifications desired:

Universal EPA Certification
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
Possess the tools needed
