The Big Task
- Diagnose, operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
- Travel to job sites, coordinate with dispatch, and manage schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service, interact with homeowners, and manage vehicle maintenance and inventory.
- Educate homeowners on additional services and opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure efficient worksite management.
- Manage schedules, coordinate with dispatch, and handle vehicle maintenance.
- Educate customers on additional services.
Requirements
- Education: HVAC trade school graduate or related continuing education.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various conditions (climbing, bending, kneeling).
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and iOS devices.
- Attitude: Positive attitude, conflict resolution skills, and flexibility in handling multiple tasks.

- At least three years of U.S. driving experience
