HVAC Service Technician
Golden, CO | Full-Time | Up to $40/Hr + Commission | 4-Day Work Week | No On-Call

We’re looking for skilled HVAC Service Technicians who want an outstanding compensation package, a 4-day work week, and zero on-call obligations.

What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
• Deliver honest, customer-friendly recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site
• Represent Fix-it 24/7 with professionalism on every call
• Complete all service documentation accurately
What We're Looking For
• Proven HVAC service experience (residential preferred)
• EPA 608 certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer communication ability
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
