How You Stand Out:
Education:
- EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required.
- NATE certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
- 1+ years HVAC technician experience is essential.
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and people skills to build trust and educate customers.
- Ability to use tools and technology for creating reports, invoicing, and collecting payments.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
Your Role In Action:
- Diagnostics and Repair: Enter customers’ homes to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems professionally and efficiently.
- Reporting: Build accurate and thorough reports on potential repairs or issues.
- Customer Consultation: Discuss repair options, estimates, and solutions with customers to ensure they can make informed decisions.
- Billing and Payments: Complete invoices with accurate pricing and process customer payments.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Safe Driving: Operate a company vehicle responsibly and professionally.
