702PlumbAir is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. The Technician will work collaboratively with other tradespeople and ensure that all HVAC work meets industry standards. Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete installation projects on time and within budget
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on HVAC systems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Skills:
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in plumbing and electrical work related to HVAC systems
- Experience as a service technician or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair
- Familiarity with field service procedures and best practices
- Ability to perform property maintenance tasks related to HVAC systems
- Understanding of boiler operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design specifications
