HVAC Service Technician | $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
This position will perform on-demand service / repairs, and annual maintenance on residential and light commercial heating & AC equipment.
Quigley Heating and Air, Farmers Branch, TX.

Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Pay Range: $28.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on experience (technical, customer service, & sales)
Pay Type: Hourly pay + Spiffs / Bonuses
Work Hours: 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, On call rotation, with occasional overtime
What you will be doing:
- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial AC & heating equipment
- 80% Residential service & maintenance
- 20% Light Commercial mainly rooftop units
- Educate customers on repairs, replacement, and indoor air quality options
- Excellent customer service
Qualifications/Skills:
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- 5 + years HVAC Service Technician field experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- NATE Certifications or ability to obtain within 1 year of employment
- State Technician's Card from the department of licensing & regulation
- Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment
- Proficient understanding in HVAC functional design and of ductwork modifications
- Experience educating with customers on repair and replace options
- Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems
- Able to work a Saturday rotation on the schedule
- High School diploma or equivalent
