HVAC Service Technician
We are a growing, high-quality home services company specializing in insulation, HVAC, and energy efficiency solutions across the Phoenix metro area. Compensation: $40-$45/hour + commission and spiffs. Annual earnings potential of $130K-$170K+

Schedule
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 40+ per week
- Overtime Available
- On-Call: Minimal (rotating schedule, approx. once per month)
- No regular weekday after-hours on-call
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Educate customers on system performance, repairs, and indoor air quality improvements
- Deliver a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once per month)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong knowledge of refrigerant systems, heat pumps, and troubleshooting
- Ability to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems
- Understanding of applicable HVAC codes and safety standards
- Ability to independently diagnose issues and make sound recommendations
- Strong communication and customer service skills
