What You'll Do

Service and maintain residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of HVAC equipment
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
Grow into leadership through our Red Bear Leadership Academy (all expenses paid, including fly-in training with hotel and meals covered)

What You Need

2-5 years of hands-on HVAC service and installation experience
Strong knowledge of residential split systems, commercial package units, and boilers
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
Ability to lift and carry 100 lbs
EPA Certification (preferred) and willingness to obtain NATE within 6 months
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to grow
