Are you looking to contribute your residential and commercial HVAC expertise with a well-established and customer-focused leader in construction and industrial climate control equipment rentals? REIC Rentals is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined HVAC Technician to support our Temporary Heating & Air-Conditioning Division. In this role, you'll deliver, install, service, and pick up temporary AC units, heaters, and ventilation equipment across commercial job sites. What You'll Do Deliver, set up, and remove temporary AC units, heaters, and ventilation equipment on customer job sites. Safely operate company vehicles including pickup trucks, box trucks, and trailers. Perform basic mechanical tasks using common hand tools (pipe wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.). Assist with equipment troubleshooting, refueling, cleaning, and preventative maintenance. Complete daily safety inspections and required DOT documentation. Maintain a strong safety-first mindset in every task. Work overtime, early mornings, or late evenings as needed. Respond to after-hours or emergency calls during peak season. What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn HVAC equipment. Ability to lift 50-75 lbs on a consistent basis. Availability for overtime and flexible scheduling. Valid driver's license and ability to pass a DOT Medical Exam. Comfortable towing and maneuvering trailers. Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused. Experience in HVAC, construction, or equipment rental is a plus, but not required.
