HVAC Service Technician

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & HeatingEastern Panhandle (WV / MD / VA)

$75,000 - $150,000+ Annual Earning Potential

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating is a family-owned company with nearly 30 years serving the Eastern Panhandle. We're hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians who want top pay, strong support, and a company that truly values and respects its team.

What You'll Earn

  • $75,000 - $150,000 annual income potential (base + commissions + SPIFFs - top techs routinely hit the high end)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, full-time (Overtime available when you want it)

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with honest, professional recommendations
  • Work independently while backed by a supportive team
  • Share feedback with the Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing

What You Need

  • 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
  • Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
  • EPA Universal License (required)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional attitude
  • Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles

Preferred:

  • NATE Certification
