We’re hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician who knows their craft, takes pride in quality work, and wants the opportunity to earn what they’re worth while working for a company that has its act together.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, controls)
- Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately—no guesswork
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, and customers
- Present repair options, maintenance plans, and financing when appropriate
- Build trust with homeowners through professionalism and solid work
- Keep your truck stocked and paperwork accurate
- Show up looking professional and ready to work every day
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification (required)
- NATE and/or other certifications a plus, not a must
- Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Physically capable of lifting 60+ lbs
- Coachable, reliable, and takes pride in doing things the right way
$100,000 - $180,000 a year
