🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Communicate clearly with customers
- Inform and educate customers on their repair and replacement options so they can make the best decision for their home
- Complete jobs cleanly and correctly the first time
- Keep good notes and stay organized
⏰ Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- On-call rotation (weekends only)
- On-call hours end at 9:00 PM
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HVAC service technician (not a helper or installer role)
- Experience servicing residential HVAC systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers
- Takes pride in quality work and doing the job right
- Values and respects our loyal, dedicated customer base
- Reliable, team-oriented, and shows up ready to work
- EPA Certification (Required)
- NATE Certification (Preferred)
➕ Bonus Qualifications:
- Install experience
- Light commercial experience
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan
