HVAC Service Technician

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable HVAC Service technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving HVAC issues.
Pay: $25-40/hour Depending On Experience

What will you be doing? The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and service of a wide range of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems, ensuring all work meets company standards and delivers a high-quality experience for customers. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and fixing HVAC system issues, while providing prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years' HVAC service experience preferred.
- HVAC education preferred and strong mechanical background.
- Clean driving record and insurable driving record.
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience making repair and replace decisions.
- Advanced customer service skills.
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air balancing principles/techniques.
- EPA Certification (Nate Certification a plus)
