Job Description
We are looking for Commercial HVAC Service Technician, who are looking for an exciting career with an industry leader that"s been in the business since 1929. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems that aren't working, replacing defective components as needed
Perform preventive maintenance on all types of HVAC equipment to verify proper current operation and to watch for potential problems.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by recommending repairs, upgrades, and system improvements
Communicate pricing, value, and benefits of recommended services clearly to customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering high-quality service
Must have 6+ years of hands-on HVAC experience in service and repair
Must have EPA Certification
Must have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and industry best practices
Must have ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
Must have experience with systems including Roof top units, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, furnaces (gas/oil), heat pumps, hydronics, and geothermal units
