Job Description
HVAC Service Technician will perform repair and installation services on commercial HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Install HVAC systems and components based on blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating equipment
Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, pumps, valves, and motors
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
Perform emergency repairs as needed
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used
Perform energy-efficiency upgrades
Ensure compliance with safety measures and OSHA standards
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service
Experience with HVAC controls systems
Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC split system and package unit experience
Refrigeration equipment experience preferred
Boiler experience preferred
EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
