Job Description
We are seeking an HVAC Residential Service Technician on behalf of a client in the Greater Baltimore area. This role focuses on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and servicing residential HVAC systems while providing professional customer interaction and supporting efficient service operations. The position offers growth opportunities for technicians looking to develop their technical skills and expand their experience.
Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential and light commercial HVAC systems• Service heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, and tankless equipment• Provide practical solutions and recommendations to customers based on system performance• Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations teams, and customers• Perform maintenance and service work for maintenance plan customers• Maintain accurate service documentation and follow company procedures• Support installation or additional service tasks as needed• Deliver professional customer service during onsite visits
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience• Trade school education or equivalent technical training• Universal CFC Certification required• Valid driver s license with clean driving record• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills• Journeyman license is a plus• Ability to work independently in field environments
Schedule
Full-time Field-based residential service work
