HVAC Service Technician

We're seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician for residential service calls in Fort Pierce, FL. Focus on quality repairs, customer satisfaction, and safe operations in a supportive environment that values integrity and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)
- Perform preventive maintenance and installations per local codes and safety standards
- Interact with customers: explain issues, recommend solutions, and upsell services as needed
- Document work accurately and drive company vehicle to job sites
Requirements
- 5+ years residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver's license; must pass drug screen (drug-free policy enforced for safety)
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented; sales experience a plus
Compensation $24–$27/hour + commissions for unlimited earning potential.
