What You'll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and system inspections
- Educate customers and provide clear, honest recommendations
- Deliver a high-level customer experience on every call
- Keep accurate job notes and documentation
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (strong mechanical background considered)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
- Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- NATE Certification is a plus (not required-we'll help you get there)
