HVAC Service Technician

What You'll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
  • Perform maintenance and system inspections
  • Educate customers and provide clear, honest recommendations
  • Deliver a high-level customer experience on every call
  • Keep accurate job notes and documentation

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (strong mechanical background considered)
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot systems
  • Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and sheet metal practices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Valid driver's license with insurable record
  • NATE Certification is a plus (not required-we'll help you get there)
