Position: HVAC Service Technician (All Levels; Entry to Senior)
Purpose: To provide high-quality HVAC service, maintenance, and installation for residential and light commercial clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional workmanship and professional interaction while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Expectations:
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.
- Install HVAC equipment following safety and quality guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers, explaining system issues and solutions.
- Document all services performed accurately.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and workspaces in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 24 years or older.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Clear a background check.
- Prior HVAC experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- EPA certification and understanding of safety standards.
- Apprentice or Journeyman HVAC License
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating weekends
- Weekends as needed
