THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with employees reporting to a central location before heading to their service areas.
As our HVAC Service Technician, you'll begin your day at the shop, then head out equipped to tackle a variety of residential HVAC service calls. Throughout the day, you'll diagnose issues, perform repairs and maintenance, and conduct thorough system inspections with confidence and precision. You'll communicate clearly with customers, present honest recommendations, and identify opportunities for system improvements or replacements, all while delivering a "wow" experience that builds trust. You'll also keep your vehicle organized, represent the company with professionalism, and end each day knowing your expertise made a real difference.
